Scottsdale Culinary Festival - Phoenix Hotels .com

This is the longest running festival of its kind in the United States and draws more than 50,000 visitors each year to Scottsdale, the upscale city in Greater Phoenix. Those who like to discover new flavors will like the creative works of celebrated chefs from top-rated hotels and restaurants. Proceeds from this festival go toward promotion of art in the Valley.

Mouth watering aromas and linen-clad tables welcome guests to this gastronomic event that goes on for a week. Take in cooking demos and blend into the fun and fiesta of this food gala where you can also taste wines from leading wineries, including new product launches. The festival has an amazing family atmosphere and for your assistance a group of volunteers keep their eyes and ears open in case you need help with something.

Carnavale de Cuisine, Southwest Festival of Beers, Challenge to the Chefs and Cooks & Cork just some of the events that go on throughout the week. Admission to each event varies while admission to the festival itself costs $5.

The 3 star Chaparral Suites Resort is located near the festival and offers free airport shuttle service for guests.
