Grape Train Escape is a wine tasting train that lets you enjoy the wilderness of the Verde Canyon in a cool way. Verde Canyon is located eight miles from Sedona and is north of Phoenix. This historic route is located between two national forests. You will ride through red-rocky mountains and awe aspiring views.  A variety of wildlife can be found living in the wilderness; black hawks, blue herons, blooming cactus and colorful wild flowers can all be seen on this ride.

As the train departs the Clarkdale Depot, you will be served with the first wine sample which is accompanied by a fresh green salad. Additional courses and a variety of home-grown wines from Kokopelli Winery can be had through out the ride. Feel free to visit the open-air gondolas to get spectacular 360 degree views and sample Arizona's special brand of fresh air on your four hour fun trip. This ride with an old west flavor, will also take you through historic Indian Territory and a 680-foot, man-made tunnel.
