Fourth of July Celebration - Phoenix Hotels .com

Join the festive crowd of people in Downtown Phoenix at Steele Indian School Park every Fourth of July. People come from near and far to enjoy this festive event filled with fun, excitement and loads of activity to keep people of all ages entertained for hours.

Kids can enjoy the rides and splash around the water play area while you try out some new flavors offered at one of the many food vendors on-site. The festival is free and carnival games along with free prizes serve as a great draw. Jugglers and costumed entertainers roam through the crowd performing amusing feats while others watch dance performances from China, Mexico, Brazil and other parts of the world.

Live entertainment rocks through the evening keeping the young and old entertained. As the grand finale, fireworks take over and all eyes can be seen glued to the sky. The amusing and colorful display of fireworks lights up the Phoenix skyline.

It's a good idea to carry some water and frozen ice in a bottle with you. The heat can get you dehydrated fast. Wear walking shoes, loose clothes and have water when it gets really hot.
