West of Western Culinary Festival - Phoenix, AZ
If you like food and also cooking, it's time to enjoy heavenly creations by the best chefs in town. Here you can discover new tastes in food apart from new wine flavors. Refresh your cooking skills at one of the live food prep demos.

This highly interactive event is rated as a Who's Who in Arizona Food Industry. If you are lucky you may find Chris Bianco, pizza perfectionist and winner of a James Beard Foundation Award discussing food heritage, pizza, and best ingredients. Feel free to ask Chris how to bake a perfect pizza.

Celebrated chefs such as Bradford Thompson of Mary Elaine's at The Phoenician and Roaring Fork's Robert McGrath; Silvana Salcido Esparza of Barrio Café; Beau MacMillan of elements at Sanctuary; Lee Hillson of T. Cook's at The Royal Palms can all be found here working with their staff for your culinary delight.

Wine events, book signing and live music are part of this two day prix-fixe event. Your pass is the price you pay for all day long food and wine tasting. Sample dozens of dishes and be there when the wine pouring starts after 12.30 p.m. Kids on foot are not allowed near the wine tables, and your bags are subject to security check. Keep your pass safe because in case you lose it, it won't be replaced.
