Located in ritzy Biltmore district, located within the city of Phoenix, the Biltmore Fashion Park is the city's original upscale shopping destination. Built in 1963, this open-air mall is located near landmark buildings such as the Arizona Biltmore Hotel and Wrigley Mansion.
