There's a cool little mexican place near the Hyatt Place Scottsdale/Old Town Hotel. It opens up to the street and it had some ambiance after 9pm on a Monday. Ask the hotel concierge and they'll guide you there.

Excellent place for runners.

Good Hotel but should include breakfast also.
